These terms form an agreement between you and Road to 151 ("we", "us") for the use of the Road to 151 website and mobile app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
Road to 151 is a personal tracker for Pokemon trading card collections. It is free to use. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and remove content that is unlawful or harmful.
Your collection data, notes and lists stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display and sync that content so the service works for you.
Road to 151 is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokemon Company. Pokemon and all related names and images are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners. Card images and card data are shown from public third-party APIs for identification purposes and remain the property of their rights holders.
If you install the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to the installation and to any store services you use. Apple and Google are not responsible for the service and provide no warranty for it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that card data, prices, availability or images are complete or error free, and you should verify details before buying cards.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost purchases, lost profit, or loss of data beyond what we could reasonably restore. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
